What is required to get married?
A Valid Ohio Marriage License
If one or both of the happy couple live in Franklin County, a Franklin County Marriage License is required. They are available daily at the Franklin County Courthouse located at 373 S. High St, 23rd floor.

Do we need an appointment?
No! We accommodate walk-in weddings of up to 20 guests Wednesday-Friday from 9am-5pm. If you would like an appointment for your ceremony of any size, we offer those as well. Stop in or call (614) 220-9110 for info.

What types of Ceremonies do you provide?
Courthouse Wedding Chapel provides both civil and various religious ceremonies. We are not affiliated with any particular religion or ethnic group and welcome all who come through our doors! Stop in or call (614) 220-9110 with any specific questions you may have.

Where are you located?
Courthouse Wedding Chapel is located at 350 S. High St, at the corner of E. Mound St. & S. High St. right above the Subway restaurant. We are directly & conveniently  across the street from the Franklin County Courthouse.

Do you provide wedding ceremonies for same-sex couples?
Absolutely!

Is tipping the minister required?
No, the minister fee is included in all of our ceremonies. However, should you wish to show gratitude for their services it is appreciated.
